Interview with Jennifer Visitacion (MD Family Solutions)
Happy Saturday, friends! 🎉🎉🎉
I was COMPLETELY honored to get to sit down with Jennifer Visitacion – founder of MD Family Solutions – this week. She is an incredible mom who also happens to be married to a doc. You can find her at https://www.mdfamilysolutions.com/, where her mission is to provide coaching and community to families of physicians. As a leadership & life coach she is a wise gal with so much to share with the community! Love her!
In our conversation, you’ll hear my advice to other physician spouses beginning their journeys, how I balance motherhood with my own desires, and some challenges our family has faced and how we’ve overcome them. I hope our words can encourage and inspire others to diligently tackle the difficult phases in life as well as serve as a reminder that the difficult phases won’t last forever!
(And in case any curious minds want to know how I met my fabulous hubby – you find out more about our early years, as well!)

If you’re with me on Facebook or Instagram, you know that I have stayed away from doing videos (which I know is nuts). But it’s truth. HOWEVER, I am definitely excited to share more via video so soon! Expect more from me in stories and maybe even YouTube in my not too distant future. I want to connect with you however I can!
Let me know if anything we discuss resonates with you! And be sure to check in to Instagram or Facebook this week for those videos I was talking about! Love you all!! XO! ❤️❤️
Honestly,
AM :)❤️
More About Me: Hi! I’m Ann Marie, a blogging mama of 3 tiny gals, and a wife to a busy Orthopedic Surgeon. You can find me right here for a weekly smattering of inspiration for your motherhood journey, home, marriage (I see you other medical wives!), style, and beauty. You’ll find me most active on Instagram or Facebook for life between blog posts. And I truly can’t wait to see you there, friend. ❤️💋

So interested in more conversation on being a wife of a surgeon. My husband is in the first year of being an attending and we have two girls under two. These last two years have been a loving, fun, crazy time, but sometimes I wonder what is left of me. Especially since I still work full time or at least until 10 weeks ago when our youngest was born. Reach out and I hope to read more of your blogs.
Megan, I can completely relate to everything about this. I understand the feelings of losing yourself in the process of supporting a family with a husband who is busy building a new practice/career. And then having new babies on top of that can just add to the feelings of isolation and loss of direction (or at least they did in my case). I am working on a post this week about these very feelings, because it’s a complicated situation, trying to prioritize the health of yourself and your family and being torn in a million different directions. Thank you for your words and for reaching out. I hope to hear more about you and your journey! XO!
