Hi, I’m ann marie!
…and I’m THRILLED that you are here, my friend. In fact, I created this little corner of the internet hoping that you’d show up, because Seeds + Spirit was created, quite simply, out of a deep desire to encourage gals like you!
I am a Speech-Language Pathologist by training. However, I took a hiatus when our second little was born, and I haven’t been back to that world, as I’ve been out focusing on raising babies, learning about farm-life and gardening, and following Jesus one right step at a time. And that, my friend, is what has led me right here on these pages today.
My deepest passion and clearest calling is to encourage others, and I am so, so happy to be here, sharing stories freely, cultivating connections, and walking hand in hand with you. I hope that what you find here will help you on your own journey to grow and dream big and better yet, to make actual progress on reaching those dreams, my friend.
